School Breakfast/After School Club/Lunchtime Supervisor Food Safety Course

This 2-hour course combines the Level 1 Award in food safety and allergen awareness courses.

Allergen Awareness Course

This 3-hour course covers the basics of food allergen awareness. It will teach learners about foods which commonly trigger allergic reactions and the vital information that needs to be communicated to consumers.

Level 1 Award in Food Safety (CIEH)

This 3-hour course is a qualification intended for learners working in low-risk roles, but where there is an element of food handling.

Level 2 Award in Food Safety (CIEH)

This 1-day course is to give delegates practical knowledge of the fundamentals of good practice and safe food handling.

Level 2 Award in Food Safety Refresher (CIEH)

This 3-hour course is to refresh delegates’ practical knowledge of the fundamentals of good practice and safe food handling.

Level 3 Award in Food Safety (CIEH)

The aim of this 2-day course is to equip persons in a supervisory position with adequate knowledge to ensure that their company operates in a hygienic and efficient manner.
