Susan Vuli - General Manager

Susan joined Shire Services in January 2016 as an operations manager and has since risen to the role of general manager. With over 25 years of experience in the education catering and cleaning industry, Susan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

Before joining Shire Services, Susan served as a chef in the army, where she completed two tours in Bosnia. Her dedication to the culinary arts is backed by both a bachelor's and a master's degree in hospitality management.

Susan is an active participant in several industry initiatives and proudly contributes to the Love British Food Forum, promoting local and sustainable food practices.

Outside work, Susan enjoys running and has completed marathons in Chicago, Berlin, and Paris, as well as several ultra marathons. You can find her most Saturdays at 9am at a Parkrun start line with her family!
