Debbie Gardiner - Special Projects Officer
Debbie began her journey with Shire Services in 1991 as a cook in charge. After nine years, she became an area supervisor.
With over 24 years of experience, Debbie has successfully managed various sites, implemented cash collection systems in Shropshire schools and dining centres, and played a key role in launching the first online payment system. Her expertise extends to menu planning, Saffron Nutrition, and conducting audits.
Three years ago, Debbie transitioned to the compliance team, where she now oversees compliance audits. She holds a Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading from the City and Guilds of London Institute.
In her free time, Debbie enjoys gardening, walking, paddleboarding, and reading.
